This breathing necklace comes with a small black drawstring bag. The inside seams are not finished, but it feels sturdy. The necklace is made of good quality, heavy metal. The message on the side is easy to read and printed properly. There is a length wise hole, and both arms of the cross also have holes. Naturally, there’s a hole at the top as well, where the chain goes through. The chain has a permanent extender added to it, making the necklace long enough to put it on over my head without unclasping it. The clasp feels secure, and it moves easily. Blowing through the necklace doesn’t produce any sound other than the sound of my own breath.

If you have anxiety or know of anyone dealing with it, this is the necklace to get. It's wearable everyday, you can wear alone or layer it with different necklaces. The message inscribed on it should bring immediate calmness and you can actually blow through the necklace to help control breathing when anxiety arises. It's a win win for me, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of this necklace. Definitely recommend.

The cross breathing necklace is a great quality product. It is a nice size for everyday wear, the chain is long enough to just slip over my head. It is pretty and well made. Quite a bit heavier than I expected. The dual function of beauty and breathing is great. It is a fair price for the cross. I like it.
